As the economy improves, luxury home sales are on the rise throughout Toronto. Of these sales, the Bridle Path proves to be one of Toronto’s hottest markets particularly among foreign investors. These investors are attracted to Canada by its supple economy and have shown great interest in neighbourhoods such as York Mills.

Michael Polzler, Re/Max Executive Vice President, says “we feel strongly that we will continue to see very strong demand in such areas.”

Being in a sought-out market, it is no surprise that Toronto’s two most expensive listings are located in the Bridle Path area, which I am currently representing. At 37 High Point Rd. stands the $23 million estate which continues to generate more and more interest as it nears its construction completion. The second property, a Versailles-styled mansion at 40 Park Lane Cir., is in the same neighborhood and lists at $23.8 million.

York Mills is an ideal area to invest in a family home because of the location. The residents have access to some of Toronto’s best amenities that include notable private schools, sports clubs, restaurants and shops. Easy highway access, closeness to downtown and country-like feel make the lush, large properties of York Mills a popular and desirable neighbourhood.

Questions or interest in any of the two estates? Send me an email or give me a call!
